21 Days of Prayer  |  August 2 - 22, 2026

Please join us in prayer from August 2 - 22. Can you spend a few extra minutes each day to lift up our families, church, and government leaders. God is moving mightily in our Nation and churches and as we continue to grow let's press in to hear God's voice and receive answer to prayer!

We will be meeting in person on Wednesday evenings from 6:00pm - 7:00pm and Saturday mornings from 8am - 9am at Church of Grace.

 

Below is a prayer guide. These listed prayer items are not intended to be exhaustive but rather serve as a starting point that we can all unify around. Many of these come from biblical examples of prayers in the New Testament.

 

Day 1 - August 2nd 

Civil, Educational, and Spiritual Leaders: Pastors, Coordinators, Small Group Leaders & Coaches

1 Tim 2:1-4

 

Day 2 - August 3rd

Strength in the Lord with no compromise. To be full of zeal in doing the work of the Lord.

1 Cor 15:58

 

Day 3 - August 4th

The Church and local communities to have their needs met.

2 Cor 9:6-15; Phil 4:19

 

Day 4 - August 5th

The Church community and families to know and understand the great love and mercy of God, and the power to grasp His love.

Eph 3:14-21

 

Day 5 - August 6th

The power of endurance and perseverance in the face of trials and persecution. Do not to give up!

Col 1:9-14; 1 Thess 3:11-13

 

Day 6 - August 7th

Those who do not know God, that their eyes will be enlightened to His Word and faith; and that we will be able to share our faith with others effectively and courageously.

Eph 6:18-19

 

Day 7 - August 8th

The pursuit of love for our brothers and sisters, and to desire more spiritual gifts.

1 Cor 14:1

 

Day 8 - August 9th

Wisdom to know God and His ways better, and rejoice in His works.

Eph 1:15-21

 

Day 9 - August 10th

Wisdom and divine relationships that lead people to find freedom.

Col 2:1-3; Phil 2:1-4

 

Day 10 - August 11th

Wisdom to discover our purpose and the boldness to walk it out.

Col 1:9-12; Eph 1:18; Acts 4:27-31

 

Day 11- August 12th

Love to abound towards each other and unbelievers and live a life worthy of the Lord.

Phil 1:9-11; 1 Thess 3:11-13; 2 Thess 1:3-4, 3:5

 

Day 12 - August 13th

Glorifying Jesus with our faith-inspired works by His grace.

2 Thess 1:11-12

 

Day 13 - August 14th

God’s comfort for our families and community, and to be used by God to comfort those in distress.

2 Cor 1:3-7

 

Day 14 - August 15th

The Word of God to “run swiftly” and produce fruit in the lives of our members and in our communities.

2 Thess 3:1-5, Col 1:3-8

 

Day 15 - August 16th

The Lord to raise up leaders and ministers to win souls, and pastors to shepherd them.

Luke 9:1-2, 10:1-3; Mark 16:15-18; Matt 28:18-20

 

Day 16 - August 17th

Our families and relationships; that love, forgiveness, and grace will abound. That broken relationships will be reconciled.

James 5:16; Heb 12:14-16

 

Day 17 - August 18th

Prosperity and good health, even as our souls prosper.

3 John 2-4; Ps 35:27

 

Day 18 - August 19th

Abundant hope, peace, and joy amid this chaotic world. That our congregation sets their minds on things above, and trusts in the Lord.

Rom 15:13; 1 John 4:4; Col 3:1-3

 

Day 19 - August 20th

Knowing who we are in Christ, and our purpose in every season.

Eph 2:10, 3:14-21

 

Day 20 - August 21st

Our love to abound, and that our discernment for what is best in our lives is in alignment with God’s will.

Phil 1:9-11

 

Day 21 - August 22nd

Our children to be protected, healthy, strong, and courageous in the Lord, and for our schools and their safety.
